Acceptable Use Policy
This policy applies across every Outcome Networks marketplace — actDealers, PCTmeet, and ServiceOutcome. By using the platform you agree to it. We enforce it with automated content moderation and human review.
What’s not allowed
No threats, intimidation, stalking, hate, or targeted abuse of any person.
No content that discriminates or steers based on a protected class (Fair Housing / FEHA). Listings and messages must be neutral.
No misrepresentation, fake listings, phishing, advance-fee schemes, or impersonation of a person, broker, dealer, or business.
No content that facilitates illegal transactions, stolen goods, weapons/drugs where prohibited, or money laundering.
No posting of others’ private/contact information without consent. Contact is shared only on mutual, consensual connect.
Don’t use the marketplace to evade fees, move funds off-platform fraudulently, or solicit contact to bypass the anonymity model in bad faith.
No bulk, repetitive, or irrelevant solicitations.
No content that infringes copyright or trademark. See the DMCA / copyright policy below.
No sexual content involving minors (reported to NCMEC + law enforcement), and no explicit adult content.
Brokers, dealers, and service providers must hold the licenses their work requires and represent them honestly.
How we enforce
- Every submission is automatically scanned (text + images); violations are blocked or flagged.
- Anyone can report content or a user — your report is private; the reported party is never told who reported them.
- You can block any party you’ve connected with — messaging then closes both ways.
- We may warn, remove content, suspend, or ban repeat offenders, and escalate illegal content to the authorities.
