How commission works

ServiceOutcome charges providers a 10% platform fee on transactions that originate through partner-attributed quotes. Your commission (30% / 20% / 10% by tier) is your share of THAT fee — not of GMV.

Example on Starter: a $1,000 service generates a $100 platform fee for ServiceOutcome. Your 30% commission = $30. Pro tier on the same $1,000 service: $10 commission, but you keep more of the $499/mo subscription value.

Pricing terms

Pricing is subject to change at the end of any term. Promotions are limited-time offers and may end without notice; partners holding active promotions keep their rate through the current term, with renewals returning to the then-current tier sticker. ServiceOutcome reserves the right to modify, end, or replace any tier or promotion. See your signed agreement for binding terms.

Service continuity & renegotiation

Infrastructure & feature-scope flexibility. ServiceOutcome may propose renegotiated subscription terms during an active term if material changes occur in infrastructure costs (storage, compute, network egress), partner or provider usage patterns, or feature scope that affect the platform's underlying economics. Any such renegotiation requires at least 30 days' written notice. Service continuity guarantee: all parties — partners, providers, and consumers — retain full, uninterrupted platform access during any renegotiation window. No active project, listing, or quote is disrupted by a terms discussion. If renegotiated terms are not mutually agreed by the notice period's end, the original term completes at the original rate and renews under the then-current tier sticker per the standard pricing-change clause above.
